Job Title: Data Scientist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled data scientist to join our team. As a data scientist, you will be responsible for leading and contributing to applied research in Generative AI, including LLMs, Vision-Language Models, VLMs, Multimodal AI, and Prompt Engineering.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate GenAI research into real-world use cases for industries like manufacturing, automotive, oil and gas, and healthcare.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AIML RD, including minimum 2-3 years in GenAI. Strong experience with LLMs fine-tuning model evaluation vector databases, and inference pipelines is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy AI models using tools like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenCV, Scikitlearn, etc.
  • Publish internal white papers, IP disclosures, and present research outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 7-12 years of hands-on experience in AIML RD.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Experience deploying models in Edge Cloud MLOps pipelines, and working with enterprise data platforms.
