Job Overview

We are building intelligent systems, AI-powered tools, and data platforms that enable ventures to scale faster, smarter, and more efficiently.

The role requires a hybrid of a data scientist, computer scientist, and software engineer who thrives on building, experimenting, and deploying real systems at scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and Build AI Systems: Develop end-to-end pipelines that integrate into live products.
  • Engineer Scalable Infrastructure: Architect APIs, microservices, and data systems that support multi-modal systems.
  • Experiment and Ship: Prototype generative AI tools, retrieval-augmented generation systems, and autonomous agents—and push them into production.
  • Full-Stack Thinking: Move fluidly between model work, backend engineering, and systems design.
  • Collaborate Across Ventures: Work alongside product managers, designers, and founders to bring new AI-powered ventures to life.

Requirements:

  • Strong programming background (Python, Node.js, or similar) and deep comfort with software engineering best practices.
  • Experience with ML/AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
  • Knowledge of data engineering & databases (SQL/NoSQL, vector DBs like Pinecone/Weaviate, cloud storage).
  • Familiarity with MLOps and deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Hands-on exposure to retrieval systems, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
  • A builder's mindset -comfortable taking ownership from zero-to-one.
  • Experience with multi-modal systems (text, voice, vision).
  • Interest in generative agents, conversational AI, or recommendation engines.
  • Previous work in startups or venture studios.
