Job Title:

Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying production-grade AI systems using cutting-edge technologies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy end-to-end AI pipelines on Google Vertex AI.
  • Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)-based systems to power applications such as summarization, intelligent agents, and content generation.
  • Implement AI operations pipelines to automate model deployment, monitoring, and retraining in production.
  • Leverage GCP services to manage large-scale data and deployments.
  • Optimize models for scalability, cost, and performance in real-world use cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into production-ready AI solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Vertex AI is mandatory.
  • Proven work in Generative AI / LLMs, including code generation, content creation, intelligent agents, or RAG-based systems.
  • Solid background in AI operations, including Kubeflow, MLflow, CI/CD, and monitoring.
  • Expertise in Python plus at least one other language, such as Java, Go, C/C++, R, or SQL.
  • Practical experience deploying tested AI modules with measurable performance outcomes.
  • Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras.
