  • Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy a service quality framework that provides actionable insights into business conditions to enhance process efficiency, improve quality, and predict operational health.
  • Develop and monitor business indicators (lagging and leading indicators) to inform strategic decisions.
  • Understand and design early warning systems tailored to business needs.
  • Conduct risk and controls assessments/FMEA and propose a robust controls framework.
  • Create process health dashboards and reports, perform ad-hoc analysis, and implement action plans.
  • Drive ongoing/identified service assurance initiatives and continuous process improvement programs.
Requirements:
  • MBA or PG degree in Business Administration/Engineering preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in service quality, project management, and quality management systems for the service industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of service quality in operations and support functions, with preferred domains including Supply Chain, Utilities, MPE, Healthcare, and Customer Support.
  • BB certification/trained and tested or GB certification.
Desirable Skills:
  • Solid understanding of business transformation concepts and frameworks.
  • Expertise in designing service quality assurance frameworks.
  • Understanding of business metrics and their impact on support functions.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, operations, and support functions.
  • Proficiency in process improvement initiatives.
  • Customer-centricity and effective program management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, data visualization, problem-solving, and advisory abilities.
  • Advanced MS-Excel, PowerPoint, Minitab, and MS-Visio proficiency, with preferred skills in SAP and Tableau.
