Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to ensure our organization's adherence to all relevant tax and labor laws.

Main Responsibilities:
  • The ideal candidate will oversee Direct & Indirect Taxation (GST, Income Tax) to guarantee timely statutory compliance.
  • Handle Labour Laws compliance, including Return Filings, MCA filings, resolutions, Assessments, and support audits.
  • Provide in-depth tax planning, advisory, and risk management support to ensure business transactions align with regulations.
  • Coordinate with commercial tax departments, consultants/auditors for tax audit, statutory audit, and other reviews.
  • Prepare and review monthly and annual tax provisions and tax disclosures in financial statements.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as a strong understanding of tax and labor laws.
