Full-Stack Ruby on Rails Developer

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of scalable, efficient, and secure applications using Ruby on Rails.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Backend Development: Design and develop robust RESTful APIs using Ruby on Rails with a strong emphasis on database design and optimization using PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB.
  • Frontend Development: Utilize React.js (v18+) for building dynamic user interfaces incorporating state management techniques such as Redux and Context API and performance optimization strategies.
  • Modern Frontend Build Tools: Experience with Webpack Babel npm/yarn and package management is essential.
  • Testing Frameworks: Proficiency in RSpec Minitest Jest and Cypress for backend and frontend testing respectively.
  • Cloud Platforms and Deployment: Familiarity with AWS Azure Docker and CI/CD practices is a plus.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in full-stack development with Ruby on Rails.
  • Strong hands-on experience with React.js (v18+), including state management (Redux, Context API), component architecture and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in RESTful API design and development; experience with GraphQL is a plus.
  • Experience with modern frontend build tools: Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, and package management.
  • Solid understanding of database design and optimization using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  • Experience with version control using Git and collaboration platforms (GitHub, GitLab).
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
