CNC Machining Engineer

">

As a CNC Machining Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing precision engineering solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to create computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) programs using NX software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop CAM Programs: Conceptualize and generate CAM programs for 3D models, defining cutting tools and strategies for production.">
  • Validate Outputs: Run tool path simulations, generate NC code, and perform virtual simulations to ensure accuracy.">
  • Process Inputs: Validate 3D models against 2D drawings and assemble part geometry in fixtures.">
  • Support Production: Collaborate with process engineers to implement CAM programs on CNC machines.">
  • Quality Control: Analyze QC reports, implement corrective actions, and iterate as needed.">
  • Documentation: Create setup sheets and work instructions for CNC operators.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

">

Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Mechatronics, or Automobile Engineering is required. B.E. is preferred.

">

Experience:

">

5 years of experience in NX CAM for B.E. graduates and 8 years for Diploma holders are necessary.
