About the Role

Verisk is looking for a Risk Management Professional to join the Consulting and Client Services Group. As a key member of the team, you will provide support to our consulting teams around the world and deliver services to our global insurance and reinsurance clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to clients using Verisk's software platforms.
  • Conduct training sessions for new clients on workflow design, model results interpretation, and adoption challenges.
  • Perform a wide range of risk analyses for consulting projects and client support.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain superior communication skills.

About the Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Client Support:
    • Provide support to clients using Verisk's software platforms.
    • Respond to client questions promptly.
    • Conduct training sessions for new clients.
    • Serve as an ambassador of Verisk.
  • Projects:
    • Perform risk analyses for consulting projects and client support.
    • Analyze client exposure data against different perils.
    • Quantify natural catastrophe risk.
    • Prepare various reports tailored as per client requirements.
  • Team Management:
    • Assign tasks to team members and manage workflow.
    • Audit and review the work done by other team members.
    • Maintain clients' Turn Around Time (TAT) and quality consistently.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Document all client interactions and project progress.
    • Prepare reports summarizing activities and any pending tasks.
  • Training and Development:
    • Update knowledge on insurance and reinsurance business.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices.
