About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to join our admissions team. As an Admissions Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute enrolment strategies to attract eligible applicants to the Online MBA Program
  • Conduct online and offline outreach activities, including webinars, information sessions, and presentations with prospective learners
  • Manage calls professionally, from opening to closing, ensuring a positive experience for the prospect learner
  • Anticipate, address, and overcome objections raised by the prospect
  • Guide admitted students through the enrollment process, including document submission and fee payment
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inquiries, applications, and enrollments

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in admissions or a related role, preferably in higher education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
