Our organization is on the hunt for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation and extensive experience in leading complex software development projects.

Key responsibilities include planning and managing multiple parallel software development projects, supervising all software development activities, and driving effective teamwork and communication across cross-functional teams.

Additional duties involve customer interaction, stakeholder communication, status reporting, and performance management of the project team.

  • Strong Technical Foundation: 10-14 years of overall experience with 4-5 years of software development experience preferably in Java and 3+ years in leading or managing complex software development projects in Java. Experience in mortgage or insurance domain projects is a plus.
  • Manage Complex Technical Projects: Employ Agile methodologies to efficiently manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and mitigate risks. Must have experience working in a SaaS product environment. Experience in client onboarding is a plus.
  • Passion for AI: A genuine interest in the potential of AI to revolutionize industries and improve lives.
  • Future-Proofing Skills: A willingness to learn and adapt to rapidly evolving AI technologies.
  • Stay Updated on AI Trends: Continuously research and adopt emerging AI technologies like generative AI, reinforcement learning, and computer vision.
