Job Title

We are seeking a detail-oriented Chemistry Laboratory Assistant to join our team in ensuring the quality of final products.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Raw Material Analysis: Verify that raw materials meet specific standards to prevent inconsistencies in the final product.
  • Fermentation Process Monitoring: Monitor temperature, pH levels, and yeast activity during fermentation to prevent off-flavors or reduced alcohol content.
  • Distillation Process Control: Regulate temperature and pressure during distillation to ensure consistency in alcohol concentration and flavor profile.
  • Product Quality Control: Regularly examine the final product to ensure it meets standards for alcohol content, clarity, and flavor.
  • Safety Protocols: Adhere to safety procedures to prevent accidents or equipment damage.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 0-1 year's experience in a laboratory environment (freshers welcome)
  • Exposure to cosmetics, chemicals, and ethanol is a must
