Job Title:

Senior Salesforce Software Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Software Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable software applications and solutions that meet business needs.

This role involves working closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to create high-quality, innovative software solutions that drive business value.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of complex software projects from conception to deployment
  • Manage software delivery scope, risk, and timeline
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
  • Contribute to both front-end and back-end development using cloud technology
  • Develop innovative solution using generative AI technologies
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and alignment to standard processes
  • Create and maintain documentation on software architecture, design, deployment, disaster recovery, and operations
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges effectively
Requirements:
  • Masters degree with 4 - 6 years of experience in Computer Science, IT or related field OR
  • Bachelors degree with 6 - 8 years of experience in Computer Science, IT or related field OR
  • Diploma with years of experience in Computer Science, IT or related field
  • Experience with Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)to create scalable applications
  • Experienced in using CI/CD automation to deploy Salesforce code and configurations
  • Strong understanding of declarative tools like Flows and Process Builder
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce tools such as SOQL, SOSL, and Data Loader to query, manipulate and export data
  • Strong knowledge of data model design, sharing rules, and security architecture standard processes
  • Ability to train and guide junior developers in standard processes
  • Familiarity with Agile practices such as User Story Creation and, sprint planning
