Job Title: AI Creative Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and creative professional to join our team as an AI Creative Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have experience in using AI-first tools to create image/video/copy assets, as well as strong copywriting skills and the ability to write engaging hooks.

This role involves working with AI-powered ad creatives, product detail page visuals, lifecycle flows, and social content. The successful candidate will be able to generate ad creatives, adapt visuals, create email/WhatsApp/SMS creatives, experiment with Instagram/TikTok-style content, and monitor performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate ad creatives using AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, and Firefly.
  • Adapt visuals and proof blocks for product detail pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Create email, WhatsApp, and SMS creatives for retention and repeat engagement.
  • Experiment with Instagram/TikTok-style content and UGC-style creatives.
  • Write hooks, ad copy, subject lines, and other copywriting materials.
  • Produce daily creative variations, test fast, and learn what works.

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience in creative/design/marketing/content roles or a strong AI creative portfolio.
  • Proven ability to use AI-first tools to create image/video/copy assets.
  • Copywriting chops: ability to write hooks and not just design banners.
  • Comfort with basic metrics such as CTR, CVR, ROAS, and engagement rates.
  • Fast learner and scrappy operator who prefers shipping multiple variations over polishing one.
  • Obsessed with performance and cares less about 'pretty' and more about 'profitable.'
