Lead Netsuite Implementation and Optimization Expert

As a seasoned professional, you will oversee end-to-end NetSuite implementation and optimization projects to drive business success.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions.
  • Direct a team of functional consultants and analysts, providing expert coaching and oversight.
  • Own the design, configuration, and documentation of NetSuite systems across modules such as Financials, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory, CRM, and Projects.
  • Ensure seamless project delivery by coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Establish and enforce robust NetSuite governance, including change management, release cycles, and system integrity.
  • Oversee solution architecture, system testing, data migration, and comprehensive training.
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements, automation, and system integrations to optimize business performance.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for NetSuite-related issues and system performance concerns.
  • Maintain compliance with financial and audit standards through effective system controls.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in NetSuite ERP, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • A proven track record of successful NetSuite implementations and post-go-live support.
  • In-depth knowledge of NetSuite modules, especially Financials, SCM, CRM, and Projects.
  • A strong understanding of business process design and cross-functional workflows.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, team leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with system integrators and third-party tools.
  • NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, Administrator) are highly desirable.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with SuiteSuccess methodology and industry verticals (e.g., SaaS, Retail, Manufacturing, Professional Services).
  • Working knowledge of SuiteFlow, SuiteScript (basic), and NetSuite integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, Celigo).
  • PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications or experience managing agile ERP projects.
  • Experience managing multi-phase ERP rollouts or global NetSuite environments.
