Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Stibo STEP MDM Specialist to help us build and manage systems that organize important business data.

This role requires someone who understands both the technical setup and how to work with clients and team members to deliver reliable solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up and customizing data management solutions using the Stibo STEP platform.
  • Creating and managing data models that define how information is stored and linked.
  • Designing and building ways to connect Stibo with other systems using APIs, ETL tools, or web services.
  • Collaborating with the team to find the best technical options and guiding them in development.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explaining solutions in simple terms.
  • Troubleshooting issues related to data quality, performance, or integration.
  • Supporting teams in setting up and configuring the Stibo STEP platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-8 years of experience working with Stibo STEP MDM.
  • A good understanding of Java or JavaScript for customization.
  • Experience in data integration (ETL, REST APIs, web services).
  • Hands-on knowledge of databases (SQL) and common data formats like XML, JSON, CSV.
  • An understanding of data models and how systems store information.
  • The ability to use coding/debugging tools (like an IDE).
  • Bonus: Stibo STEP Certification or knowledge of Informatica PIM.
