  • We are seeking a Technical Lead with exceptional leadership skills and technical expertise to lead our software development team.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PHP, Laravel, and Codeigniter.
  • A strong understanding of MVC design patterns, Object Oriented PHP, and REST API is required.
  • Prior experience with AngularJS or VueJS integration with Laravel is highly valued.
  • The successful candidate will also possess knowledge of common web server exploits and their solutions.
  • Solid understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications.

About the Role:

This is a challenging role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The right candidate must be self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the software development team to deliver high-quality projects on time.
  • Develop efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules.
  • Integration of data storage solutions and user-facing elements developed by front-end developers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Lead.
  • Strong knowledge of Object Oriented PHP, MVC design patterns, and REST API.
  • Prior experience with Laravel, Codeigniter, and AngularJS or VueJS integration.
  • Familiarity with common web server exploits and their solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
