AI Model Developer

We are seeking a skilled AI Model Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in AI/ML with hands-on experience in developing, integrating, and evaluating GenAI models. They should be familiar with multiple AI domains such as NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, and classical ML.

In this role, you will design, build, and integrate AI models with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and adaptability. You will also support MLOps practices to help models move from research to reliable production systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and building AI models using machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or SciKit-learn.
  • Integrating AI models with existing systems to improve their performance and efficiency.
  • Supporting the development of MLOps pipelines to ensure smooth deployment of models.

Required Skills:

  • Solid foundation in AI/ML with hands-on experience in developing, integrating, and evaluating GenAI models.
  • Familiarity with multiple AI domains such as NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, and classical ML.
  • Experience with one or more ML/DL frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, or SciKit-learn.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience applying AI to real-world projects.
  • Curiosity and adaptability to explore new tools, frameworks, and problem domains.

1-3 years of experience preferred. We value proactive individuals who take ownership and drive initiatives beyond day-to-day coding.
