AI/ML Model Engineer
Job Summary:
Insight Global is seeking an experienced AI/ML Model Engineer to join their team remotely in India. This position will involve supporting various Digital Products Teams in the AI Center of Excellence, focusing on building key prioritized Generative AI solutions for achieving functional AI/Gen AI vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining large-scale Gen AI models using frameworks such as Langchain, Llamaindex, and others.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy Gen AI solutions at scale.
- Fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) to meet specific business outcomes.
- Driving end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Gen AI products.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in technology, software engineering, or data science/ML.
- 5+ years of hands-on coding experience in Python development.
- 2+ years of experience in building Generative AI products at scale.
- Strong experience in developing Gen AI based solutions using frameworks like Langgraph, AutoGen, Crew.ai, Agent SDK.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
