Regional Sales Director

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Director to join our team at Smith+Nephew.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading sales efforts in their assigned territory, driving revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets in assigned territories.
- Maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the surgical sector/orthopedics industry.
- Leveraging product expertise to promote wound care products to nurses and surgeons, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
- Managing distribution networks and ensuring timely deliveries to customers.
- Personal Order Booking from Retailers and collections from stockists as per company norms.
- Providing regular reporting to State Managers, adhering to reporting systems and maintaining a live customer database.
- Covering extensive outstation travel.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree with 2-7 years of relevant experience in the industry.
- Proficient knowledge and experience in the surgical sector/orthopedics industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-driven and result-oriented approach.
