Vacancy for Regional Business Head
Supernova Engineers Limited
The Ideal Candidate will have experience in selling high horse power Diesel Gensets and will be responsible for leading and generating sales from the designated region.
The successful candidate will be able to approach potential clients, establish new customer relationships and maintain existing ones. They will also be responsible for planning sales and marketing strategies, developing relationships with key decision makers and reviewing user requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical specifications and commercial proposals, as well as excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and generate sales from designated region
- Approach potential clients and establish new customer relationships
- Maintain existing customer relationships
- Plan sales and marketing strategies
- Develop relationships with key decision makers
- Review user requirements
- Negotiate and close sales
Requirements:
Candidates with experience of selling DG sets of high horse power will be preferred. A degree or diploma in Science/Engineering field is required, and an MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute will be an added advantage.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, interpersonal and convincing skills.
