Job Opportunity: Staff Nurse Pediatric ICU

This is a full-time, on-site role for a skilled Staff Nurse located in the pediatric intensive care unit. The Staff Nurse will provide direct patient care, assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care services to meet the unique needs of patients in the pediatric ICU ward.
  • Assess patient health problems and needs through comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic testing.
  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to promote patient health and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records to ensure continuity of care.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to deliver consistent patient care and support families throughout the treatment process.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in patient care, health assessment, and nursing care planning to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Competence in administering medications and treatments as prescribed by licensed healthcare providers.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including documentation of patient interactions, test results, and treatment plans.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and provide compassionate patient care.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with valid RN license and relevant experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
