Retail Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced retail solutions specialist to enhance our clients' operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP CAR implementation and support, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions utilizing SAP CAR.
- Implement and configure SAP CAR functionalities to meet business needs.
- Conduct testing and validation of SAP CAR solutions to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP CAR functionalities and best practices.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP CAR applications and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in SAP CAR implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of retail processes and supply chain management.
- Experience with SAP HANA and integration with other SAP modules such as S/4HANA, BW, and Fiori.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts related to SAP CAR.
- Ability to analyze and optimize performance of SAP CAR applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- SAP certification in CAR or related areas is a plus.
