Job Title: HR and Administration Manager
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly organized individual in a supporting role within our HR department. This position encompasses various tasks including front-of-house duties on campus.
This role would be ideal for an entry-level candidate seeking to gain experience in HR administration.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to work collaboratively as part of a small team while independently and proactively completing tasks.
Essential requirements include excellent organization, communication, and IT skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
The nature of this role requires a tactful and confidential approach.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supporting staff recruitment processes, including the handling of applications and shortlisting, liaising with candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Preparing offers and contracts of employment, referencing, and collecting required documentation at the offer stage.
Key Tasks:
- Supporting and coordinating the onboarding process for new starters, including scheduling inductions.
- Maintaining an accurate and efficient HR database with employee information and necessary documentation.
- Dealing with day-to-day HR queries and advising in line with current policies and procedures.
- Producing informative reports using the HR platform.
- Scheduling periodic staff reviews across all departments, including probationary period reviews.
- Supporting College-wide staff training initiatives, with the creation of training packs, agendas, event facilities, etc.
