About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' infrastructure.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing Zscaler solutions, gathering information to arrive at optimal solutions, creating test cases for validating solutions, and migrating proxy solutions to Zscaler.

The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in IT network security with strong exposure to infrastructure security and proxy technologies.

A successful candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in integrating Zscaler solutions with existing authentication servers using protocols such as LDAP, IWA, IWA-direct, SSO, Active Directory, and creating global and region-specific control and communication policies for end-users.

Other responsibilities include deploying and supporting forward proxy, explicit, and transparent Web Content Filtering/Web Proxy configurations, advanced networking troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of web connectivity and protocols.

We are looking for someone who has good analytical and debugging skills, ability to coordinate with SMEs, stakeholders, manage timelines, escalation, and provide on-time status.

The selected candidate will also be fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in English/Japanese languages to establish good coordination and communication with offshore teams.

Key responsibilities include participating in meetings with CAB for technical reviews, status updates, and communicating issues, daily operations involved incident, change, and problem ticket solving, willingness to work in rotational shifts covering 24/7 operations including weekend/holidays, and coordinating with different vendors to solve ongoing issues.
