We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our team. This role involves acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts, building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and closing deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Efforts">
    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new business and expand existing relationships.">
    • Cultivate strong partnerships with customers, shippers, and receivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.">
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.">

  • Business Development">
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.">
    • Develop and implement plans to increase revenue and grow relationships with existing customer base.">
    • Negotiate contracts and rate agreements to maximize profitability.">
    ">
  • Reporting and Communication">
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.">
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding changes in pick-up/delivery and potential service failures.">
    • Maintain close contact with all customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.">

  • Goal Setting and Achievement">
    • Set and exceed sales targets through strategic goal setting and monitoring.">
    • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve maximum profitability and sales growth.">

Requirements and Qualifications

">
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in shipping/logistics/3PL/warehouse environments.">
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.">
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.">
  • Familiarity with FCL and ACL sales for export and import.">
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
