Lead Our Legal Team Forward

As a seasoned legal professional, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our legal practice, including transactional work, fund structuring, and contract lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory nuance. With 10+ years of progressive legal experience in corporate law, transactions, entity structuring, and fund formation, you will be well-equipped to drive excellence in our legal function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Transaction Ownership: Lead the development and execution of all legal documentation and agreements related to investment transactions, fund raises, and internal structuring.
  • Fund Structuring & Entity Formation: Design and advise on structuring for new funds, special purpose vehicles (SPVs), and cross-border entities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and long-term scalability.
  • Legal Infrastructure & Digital Systems: Implement and maintain a contract lifecycle management (CLM) system to ensure visibility, consistency, and timely tracking of contracts and agreements.
  • Litigation, IP, and Governance: Manage ongoing and potential disputes in collaboration with external counsel, aligning strategy with business priorities.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressive legal experience in corporate law, transactions, entity structuring, and fund formation.
  • Prior exposure to venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or family office ecosystems is highly desirable.
  • Proven team builder with a sharp operational mindset and high attention to detail.
