Lead - Strategy and Policy

At the intersection of regulation, business strategy, and policy advocacy, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team.

This high-impact role requires creativity, analytical rigor, and a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks. As a strategic analyst and execution partner, you will help frame policy narratives, manage external engagement, and guide internal stakeholders on regulatory implications that affect diverse businesses across telecom, digital, financial services, entertainment, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and articulate policy positions across various industries.
  • Track, monitor, and analyze competition, market, and regulatory trends, providing strategic updates to support policy advocacy.
  • Prepare briefing notes, presentations, regulatory submissions, and communication strategies to influence key stakeholders.
  • Standardize reporting mechanisms to track regulatory engagements and advocacy outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders within the Regulatory team and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business goals with evolving regulatory priorities.
  • Support the Chief Regulatory Officer in prioritization, resource planning, and coordination of high-impact projects across multiple business lines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Law, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in policy, research, or a related strategic function, preferably in telecom, digital, or technology-driven sectors.
  • Strong understanding of India's telecom, digital, and data policy landscape; international exposure will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
