We're seeking a skilled Senior Engineer with expertise in water process engineering to drive the delivery of innovative, efficient, and scalable water purification solutions.

About the Role

This role is central to our growth strategy, offering full lifecycle responsibility from conceptual engineering to overseeing installation and long-term operations & maintenance. You'll work closely with our HQ and play a lead role in engineering water purification systems, ensuring compliance with local conditions, regulatory requirements, and performance targets.

  • Lead the engineering and design of water purification systems, developing detailed system plans, P&IDs, layouts, and process workflows.
  • Oversee procurement, supplier engagement, and assembly partner coordination, ensuring high-quality execution and cost control.
  • Supervise installation, commissioning, and technical handover of systems to operations teams or clients.
  • Take ownership of operations and maintenance strategies, developing SOPs and troubleshooting guidelines.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to integrate field learnings and continuously improve system performance.
Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing water purification systems that meet local regulations and performance targets.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of systems.
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of water purification systems through effective maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and innovations in water purification.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering, designing, and delivering water or process systems at scale.
  • Strong background in process engineering, hydraulics, filtration, pumps, and automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, model, and optimize complex water treatment processes.
  • Experience in managing technical suppliers, fabrication partners, and field installation teams.
  • Fluent in English (professional level); Hindi or other Indian languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Water Process Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
