We are seeking a skilled and results-driven professional to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and establish trust.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive adoption and ensure value realization from our software products.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services, and develop strategies to increase revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product capabilities with customer business goals.
- Manage client expectations and navigate complex business relationships to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
