Automation Lead Position

We are seeking an accomplished Automation Lead to spearhead our testing endeavors. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Java or Python, along with a strong background in building frameworks and the ability to lead and mentor a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expertise in Selenium WebDriver for web application testing, design patterns including page object model (POM) and cross-browser automation.
  • Experience with different test automation approaches (including BDD, hybrid, and keyword-driven).
  • Proficiency in Java or Python for automation scripting and framework development.
  • Experience with API testing frameworks such as RestAssured, Postman, or SOAPUI, and proficiency in testing RESTful and SOAP web services.
  • Experience of Test Automation Integration with DevOps Pipeline and CI/CD.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering/IT/related field and 5+ years of work experience as an automation tester.
  • Mentor junior and team members by providing technical guidance, sharing knowledge, and fostering a collaborative learning culture.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and team members effectively.
