Job Description:

AWS Data Engineer Role

CodeVyasa is seeking a highly skilled AWS Certified Data Engineer to join our team of rockstar developers. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes using AWS services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable code in Python.
  • Work with SQL databases for data modeling, queries, and performance optimization.
  • Implement and optimize solutions using AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, RDS, and EC2.
  • Ensure data security, reliability, and compliance within cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and application developers to enable advanced analytics and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and monitor data workflows and cloud resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • AWS Certification (Solutions Architect, Developer, or Data Analytics – Associate/Professional).
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (S3, Lambda, EC2, RDS, Glue, Redshift, IAM).
  • Strong programming skills in Python (data handling, APIs, automation).
  • Solid knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, stored procedures, performance tuning).
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
