We are seeking a highly skilled marketing professional to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven marketing specialist to lead the development and execution of high-impact campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, affiliate, and programmatic platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals, customer segments, and growth targets.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of campaigns to ensure optimal results.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior marketers, manage external agencies, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensure optimal allocation of resources, and forecast campaign spend based on business priorities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, creative, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and tracking efforts.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 4–7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Skills: Proven experience designing and scaling high-impact paid campaigns across multiple channels, strong analytical mindset, and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and BI reporting platforms.
