Senior AI Research Scientist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior AI Research Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing large-scale predictive models using deep learning techniques.

The selected individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business growth and improve user experience.

  • Develop and train machine learning models to analyze user behavior patterns on OTT platforms.
  • Build causal inference–based intervention models aimed at retaining users on the platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deploy AI-powered predictive models.

2. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in deep learning and AI.

3. Work closely with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI solutions into our product stack.

4. Collaborate with product teams to design and implement AI-powered features.

Must Have Skills & Abilities:

• Strong background in deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.

• Experience with building and deploying large-scale predictive models in production environments.

• Proficiency in hands-on coding with Python and popular deep learning frameworks.

• Ability to envision new ideas and prove them through theory and/or experiments.

• Knowledge of working on cloud platforms, preferably AWS.

Good to Have Skills:

• 0-1 year of work experience in building and deploying large-scale predictive models in production environments.

• Good publication record, with publications in major AI conferences.
