As a seasoned professional in software quality assurance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization.

About this Role:

We are seeking an exceptional individual with 8+ years of experience in Dynatrace to lead our testing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of designing and implementing various tools like Dynatrace SaaS, Dynatrace Appmon, and APM tools named Dynatrace & Appmon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploying Dynatrace OneAgent to diverse environments and topologies across different geographic locations
  • Gathering requirements from application owners, analyzing them, and implementing monitoring using OneAgent on requisite servers
  • Understanding discovered application processes/services and configuring them
  • Working with application teams to understand critical transactions and develop dashboards for the same
  • Customizing anomaly detection rules and setting up alerting profiles for each application to send notifications to application users
  • Creating and setting up detection rules for log files discovered by OneAgent
  • Integrating tools like Jenkins with Dynatrace OneAgent (preferable)
  • Creating management zones for each application and assigning respective users to view their application details
  • Tool management and administration
  • Troubleshooting with DT support to fix issues faced in applications over calls
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in designing and implementing various tools like Dynatrace SaaS, Dynatrace Appmon
  • Extensive experience in implementation, configuration, and maintenance of APM tools named Dynatrace & Appmon
  • Application performance management Tool: Dynatrace (OneAgent, Synthetic Script, DCRUM Enterprise Synthetic script) & Appmon
  • Good knowledge of Python and Node JS (optional)
  • One Agent Certification (added advantage)
