Data Engineer - Design, Build, and Deliver Robust Data Pipelines

We are seeking a skilled data engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance data pipelines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with ETL tools and data platforms, a strong understanding of database systems, and proficiency in developing complex SQL queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using tools like Matillion and Informatica PowerCenter.
  • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data transformation, cleansing, and reporting within platforms such as Snowflake and Oracle.
  • Collaborate with data analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Monitor data workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high data quality and performance.
  • Follow best practices in cloud data engineering, including version control, documentation, and CI/CD processes.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of database systems.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and ensure high data quality.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience following cloud data engineering best practices.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Oracle database systems.
  • Expertise in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.
  • Experience with Matillion for ETL pipeline development.
  • Experience with Stored Procedures.
  • Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD processes.
