As a Senior Design Director, you will spearhead the design team and drive our design strategy. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of our products by designing intuitive and powerful solutions that empower internal teams and external users.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design Vision: Develop and execute a holistic design vision for our products, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience across internal and external applications.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in product management, engineering, and data science to align on product strategy, goals, and roadmaps.
  4. User Advocacy: Advocate for the user through research, testing, and feedback, ensuring design decisions are informed by a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent.
  • 12+ years of experience in product design within a technology or product-centric company.
  • Proven experience leading a team of designers who design and ship AI-powered products or features.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Previous experience working on AI-powered products and/or a curiosity about the rapidly evolving landscape and its impact on design and user experience.
