Senior HR Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Senior HR Leader to drive strategic people initiatives in a dynamic IT organization.

About the Role:

  • Culture & Leadership: Champion core values, develop leadership programs, and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead talent acquisition across tech and business roles, build scalable hiring processes, and drive employer branding.
  • HR Business Partnering: Guide HR business partners to deliver strategic people solutions, drive engagement, performance, and career development.
  • Organizational Development: Build competency frameworks, learning programs, and succession planning aligned with business objectives.
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Establish scalable HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and drive operational excellence.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 10-15 years of progressive HR experience in IT services and/or startup environments.
  • Proven success in building and scaling HR functions from early stages.
  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition, HRBP, and organizational development.
  • Certifications like SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD are a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a builder mindset.
