Job Description

As a sales director, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and customer engagement. Your mission will be to meet or exceed sales objectives at the enterprise level, leading the execution of go-to-market strategies that involve business growth accountability, customer and partner engagement, marketing, and demand generation plans. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create a unified account team that supports customers through contract renewal and surfaces new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion

- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients, identifying key stakeholders and developing client champions

- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver value to clients through the effective qualification of leads, needs assessment, and communication of product and service benefits

- Drive adoption and usage of new products and features across multiple business units, teams, and markets

- Proactively support clients through monthly follow-ups and quarterly business reviews, providing accurate forecasting and recommending solutions to improve performance

- Participate in national and international IT business events, presenting company services and products and converting prospects into loyal clients
