We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Public Relations Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise daily with clients and media via telephone and email to build strong relationships and networks.
  • Manage the PR aspect of a possible crisis, ensuring client expectations are met and 100% client retention is maintained.
  • Provide clients with information about new promotional opportunities and PR campaign progress.
Media Monitoring & Coverage
  • Monitor traditional and digital media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, social media, podcasts, blogs, and newswires.
  • Collate, analyse, and evaluate media coverage to track opportunities.
Publicity & Campaign Management
  • Plan publicity strategies and campaigns, creating quarterly roadmaps and executing plans.
  • Prepare briefs, scripts, campaign taglines, and responses for interviews.
  • Write and disseminate press releases, articles, and features to targeted media.
  • Promote news stories and features to secure media coverage.
  • Document all campaigns, testimonials, and coverage for future reference.
Event Management
  • Organize and manage press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours, and visits to promote client events.
  • Attend and promote client events to media and PR platforms.
  • Coordinate studio or location photography to capture event moments.
Brand Development
  • Develop and foster relationships with brands and third parties on behalf of El Sol Strategic Consultants.
  • Develop quarterly and annual roadmaps in line with client business goals.
  • Leverage partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising opportunities to drive brand growth.
Influencer & Thought Leadership Engagement
  • Build relationships with industry leaders to grow awareness and drive thought leadership.
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencer activities to inform strategy.
  • Conduct trend forecasting for clients and their industries to identify opportunities.
Research & Analysis
  • Commission and undertake market research to inform client strategies.
  • Research new business proposals and present to potential clients.
  • Analyse industry trends affecting clients and recommend communication strategies.
Team Contribution
  • Motivate the team and encourage a friendly, open work environment.
  • Maintain a network of resources to deploy when needed.
  • Ensure proper documentation across all initiatives to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
