We are seeking an accomplished leader to drive cutting-edge projects in image processing, computer vision, and deep learning.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven leadership skills to ensure high-quality research output and product-ready solutions.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of researchers and engineers.
  • Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture.

This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing deep learning and computer vision algorithms for tasks such as detection, segmentation, tracking, and recognition.

The successful candidate will stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and publications in AI and vision technologies.

They will oversee end-to-end pipeline: data acquisition, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment, ensuring robustness, scalability, and compliance with regulatory or domain-specific standards.

Required qualifications include a Master's or PhD in Computer Science & Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields, along with 5-10+ years of experience in image processing, computer vision, and deep learning.

Preferred skills include experience in medical imaging, autonomous systems, robotics, or industrial inspection, knowledge of regulatory frameworks, and excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
