Role RequirementsWe are seeking a highly organised and skilled Virtual PA to join our team, providing administrative support to our senior members of MDR Operations and/or junior fee earners.
This role involves working closely with our central Business Admin Unit to provide ad-hoc support with tasks that can be performed remotely.
Key Accountabilities:
- Proactive diary management for assigned members of staff
- International calendar management
- Client meeting preparation
- Email management and filing
- Desk and meeting room bookings
- Expense claim processing
- Event organisation
- CRM list management
- Travel arrangement oversight
- Fee-earner support with client/matter lifecycle management
- Billing system understanding development
