Data Analyst and AI Architect

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and optimization of conversational AI applications. This includes architecting and implementing data pipelines for training, evaluating, and deploying speech and language models at scale.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement speech analytics solutions for call categorization, call tagging, sentiment analysis, and trend analysis.
  • Evaluate and optimize ASR and TTS engines for accuracy, latency, and user experience.
  • Develop and fine-tune speech recognition, text-to-speech, and natural language understanding (NLU) models using NLP frameworks such as spaCy and Transformers.
  • Integrate LLMs into conversational workflows to enhance contextual understanding and response generation.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience with Python programming and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing data pipelines for large-scale model deployment.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based services for hosting and managing speech and language models.
