Project Manager for BIM Execution

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead project teams in the implementation and management of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, consultants, and international teams to deliver high-quality outputs across all design stages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring effective resource allocation, progress tracking, and revenue monitoring.
  • Support project setup, planning, and execution strategies, while ensuring optimal resource deployment aligned with project deliverables and objectives.
  • Monitor and review project leads' updates to ensure accurate tracking of project status, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead BIM execution, implementation, and production activities, while supporting project estimations and client coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the BIM industry, with a solid understanding of BIM processes, multi-disciplinary coordination, and project delivery methodologies.
  • High proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms, with expertise in developing, managing, and optimizing Dynamo scripts.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to train team members in BIM tools and platforms.
