Strategic Storyteller

We're seeking a creative lead to guide our teams with empathy and wield AI as a catalyst for innovation.

  • Craft compelling headlines, persuasive content, and engaging social media posts that drive results.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of copywriters, designers, and editors.
  • Develop campaign platforms, product launches, and brand stories that resonate with our audience.
  • Deploy generative-AI tools for ideation, rapid iteration, and performance insights while maintaining strategic thinking and originality.
  • Translate performance metrics into creative refinements and coach the team to test, learn, and optimize continuously.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in copywriting, advertising, or content marketing, 3 years leading creative teams, and a portfolio showcasing brand storytelling with measurable performance results.

Native-level command of English is essential, along with an editorial eye that catches minor errors.

Experience in beauty, wellness, or e-commerce is beneficial but not required. If you have a track record of integrating AI into creative processes without sacrificing human nuance, we'd love to hear from you.
