Lead Data Science Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elevate business outcomes through AI/ML driven strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand and enhance business processes leveraging AI/ML capabilities.
  • Develop and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions to drive business growth and decision making.
  • Build and nurture a strong team of data science professionals to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Establish external relationships to foster innovation and knowledge sharing in the field of AI/ML.
  • Drive end-to-end project execution, from conceptualization to implementation and monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Hold an MBA or master's degree in quantitative fields like mathematics, computer science, engineering, statistics, economics etc from top-tier institutes.
  • Accumulate 12-15 years of work experience (post-graduation) in analytical roles.
  • Demonstrate exceptional collaboration and influencing skills to challenge conventional thinking.
  • possess strong analytical thinking, storytelling with data, and presentation skills for top-level leaders.
  • Exhibit ability to multitask, prioritize, and govern project execution effectively.
  • Have hands-on experience with various open-source tools and technologies such as Python, R, Spark etc.
  • Deploy AI/ML solutions in cloud environments and have expertise in ML / DL / Gen AI frameworks.
  • Gain deep understanding of new-age cloud-based frameworks & services around Gen AI, Vision, Text, and Speech AI.
  • Min. 8 years of experience in a client-facing data science consulting role.
