About the Role

This is a Founder–Partner opportunity, where the incoming partner will also contribute capital as outlined above.

Ethyx has recently closed a round at INR 12 crore valuation and is building the next generation of trust infrastructure for MSME and SHG finance. We're creating a platform where finance, technology, and sustainability converge: every invoice becomes a proof of trust, every flow of money carries its ESG/SDG story, and every small entrepreneur can be part of a verifiable, dignified growth journey.

Responsibilities

The Government-Programs Co-founder will be responsible for:

  • Target list + calendar locked for ZED / RAMP (MoMSME), SRLMs, DISCOM EE, and STPI CoEs.
  • Draft three two-page concept notes explaining Ethyx rails + telemetry + program KPIs.
  • Spin up Safe Pilot Cycle with relatives/producer co/SME shells.
  • Sign MoUs with government agencies and initiate pilots.
  • Build relationships with government officials, ministries, and other stakeholders.
Success Metrics

The co-founder will be measured on the following success metrics:

  • Doors Open
  • MoUs & First Pilot
  • Three Pilots & Budget Line

Each represents a critical milestone in establishing partnerships with government agencies, launching pilots, and scaling operations.
