About the Role:
Khan Academy India is seeking a skilled Divisional Coordinator to support the implementation of its education program in government schools across Odisha. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the program's success in assigned districts, working closely with the Odisha State Team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support program implementation: Collaborate with the Odisha State Team to establish and maintain the Khan Academy learning platform in government schools across assigned districts.
- Deliver and support training: Provide training and support to education officials, principals, and teachers on the effective use of the Khan Academy platform.
- Track progress and implementation: Monitor the program's progress, identify challenges, and develop solutions to address them.
- Manage relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with administration officials, district-level officers, principals, and schools.
- Conduct school visits: Regularly visit schools to generate insights and create plans to improve usage.
- Build our learning muscle: Analyze qualitative feedback and share insights with the larger team.
