Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Linux-based services and associated applications in a highly available, scalable, and secure environment.
  • Adopt new distributions and open-source component versions.
  • Plan and assist application teams adopt new open-source components and features.
  • Ensure compliance with FOSS (Free and Open Source Software) requirements at the organization level.
  • Conduct security reviews of the platform and address open CVEs.
  • Debug application compatibility problems.
  • Perform comparative performance analyses.
  • Perform comparative memory footprint analyses.
  • Improve build and release automation framework and process.

Who You Will Work With:

Collaborate with a diverse group of skilled professionals in the Data Center Networking/Switching Team, working on the next generation of Data Center & Cloud switches.

Who You Are:

A highly experienced professional with 8-11 years of experience in the following areas:

  • Experience with Yocto-based frameworks and C programming is mandatory.
  • Experience in Linux third-party software customization.
  • Experience in patching and maintaining Linux-based systems.
  • Platform development preferably in networking products.
  • Exposure to containers and virtualization.
