Job Description

As a Technical Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in implementing and executing the operating guidelines for cleanroom facilities. Your key responsibility will be to manage technical operations by anticipating demand and arranging the supply of all cleanroom requirements.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Managing day-to-day site operations for all labs
  • Supervising and directing on-site instrument and equipment calibration and qualification
  • Generating and reviewing GMP documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures, non-conformance reports, deviations, CAPA, cleaning records, temperature monitoring, and updates to the reporting manager
  • Verifying annexures generated by lab technicians like cleaning records, temperature monitoring
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Science
  2. Eight+ years of related experience in relevant areas of lab operation and clean room area in pharmaceutical

Key skills required include:

  • GMP documentation
  • Clean room practices
  • Operations in the ERP system (SAP)
  • Material inspection

Benefits

This is a full-time onsite role with a competitive salary and benefits package. The working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM for the General Shift and 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM for the Post-Noon Shift (on a rotational basis). There will be two days off each week, which may not necessarily fall on a Saturday or Sunday.

Occasional travel may be required for business needs. The base location is at Immuneel Therapeutics Private Limited, but this is not specified as part of the job requirements.
