Key Responsibilities
  • Design scalable enterprise content management solutions incorporating IBM FileNet P8 and associated technologies to optimize platforms.
  • Oversee end-to-end content lifecycle management including capture, storage, retrieval, and archival processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Manage digital communication workflows and ensure seamless integration with systems to enhance user experience.
  • Lead project delivery, timelines, and stakeholder communication while conducting performance tuning, troubleshooting, and upgrades of ECM platforms.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Required Skills
  • Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8, Content Navigator, and Case Manager.
  • Show a solid understanding of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) principles and best practices.
  • Evidence experience in workflow automation, document management, and business process management.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrate proven ability in project management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
  • Familiarity with integration of ECM systems with other applications is highly desirable.
  • Awareness of digital communication platforms and strategies is essential for success in this role.
